Plack 1.0041 has been released to CPAN

Plack 1.0041 has been released to CPAN. This release includes a breaking change in 1.0040, which was a bug fix to swap the meaning of %D and %T in access_log format. Since it is a popular middleware and in fact enabled in many environments, you have to make sure you put the right value before upgrading it.
